Hello and welcome to the Natural Life Energy website.

My name is Theresa Wright and I formed Natural Life Energy in 2006.  My interest in complementary therapies and holistic health began in 2002 after receiving a Reiki treatment.  I was so impressed (and intrigued) at the effectiveness of the treatment, I decided to learn Reiki myself and in 2005 qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher.

I have since gone on to become a qualified practitioner in Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Colour Therapy and Crystal Healing.

I am a Master Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation and run regular Reiki Courses for others to become qualified practitioners/ teachers of Reiki.  I also hope to be running accredited courses in Colour Therapy soon.  Details of which will appear in both the ‘News Flash’ and ‘Courses’ sections of the website.

My treatment room for all holistic therapies is adjacent to my home in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire. Depending on numbers of students, courses take place at either my treatment room or at another local venue.
