Theresa formed Natural Life Energy in 2006. Her interest in complementary therapies started in 2002 after receiving a Reiki treatment. She subsequently undertook Reiki training herself and qualified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2005, before studying Colour Therapy, Crystal Healing and Hopi Ear Candling. Theresa is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and a member of the International Wheel of Colour. |

Natural Life Energy is based at Bonners Fitness Centre in Burton Latimer. Bonners is a very relaxed, welcoming centre and the treatment room is located just passed the reception area. The fitness centre is also equipped with a steam room, sauna and spa. All Natural Life Energy clients are able to make full use of these facilities (with the exception of the gym) before or after treatments. |
