REIKI

Reiki is an eastern method of working with energy.  It can be beneficial for yourself and others.  Reiki was traditionally used as a tool for spiritual self development but is now widely accepted as a Complementary Therapy.  In this form it is classed as a hands on energy healing treatment.

The treatment is very relaxing.  Treatments last 45 minutes to an hour and clients remain fully clothed while the Reiki practitioner places their hands on or over the clients body.  It is a very simple yet very effective therapy.

Reiki treatments start from £12 for a 30 minute treatment and £20 for an hours treatment.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian head massage is based on the ayurvedic system of healing and is part of every day life in India, with the technique being passed down through generations in Indian families.  The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Treatments normally last 40 minutes and clients usually leave feeling relaxed, energised and better able to concentrate. Indian head massage is especially good for headaches, migraines and sinusitus as well as relieving stress, and tension.

Indian Head Massage treatments start from £20 per full treatment.

HOPI EAR CANDLING

Hopi Ear Candling, also known as Thermo-Auricular Therapy, is a deeply relaxing, pain free, calming and soothing treatment, offering real and noticeable benefits for many problems and conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat.  These include; excessive wax build up, ear irritations, hearing impairment, sinusitis, allergies, colds/flu, glue ear, tinnitus (noises in the ears), vertigo, snoring, nasal blockages, blocked tear ducts, irregular ear pressure, headaches and migraines.

Treatments normally last 40 minutes.  During this time a ‘Biosun’ ear candle is used in each ear, this is followed by a facial massage which enhances the action of the candles.  (Biosun candles are certified medical products to EC guidelines 93/42)

Hopi Ear Candling treatments start from £25 per treatment.

COLOUR AND CRYSTALS

Being a qualified crystal and colour therapist I also offer consultations to identify an individual clients  particular area of need and offer advice on the best use of crystals and colour to address this need and promote overall well being.

Consultations last between 45 minutes and an hour and cost £20.
